I downloaded HDA and am being prompted to enter an access code - what should I do?

For people residing in the UK or Germany, an access code will be required to create a profile on Hedia Diabetes Assistant. 

To get an access code, please fill out the form at www.hedia.com/find-your-clinic. If you do not reside in the UK or Germany but are still being prompted to enter an access code, double check that your iOS settings are not set to the UK or Germany.

If you are still having trouble, contact support@hedia.com and we will provide you with an access code.
