If you've forgotten your password to your Hedia Diabetes Assistant profile, don't worry. Here is how you can get a new one.
- Log out of Hedia Diabetes Assistant (Go to 'More', click on 'Edit profile'. Scroll down and find the 'log out' button)
- Click on "Existing user"
- Type in your email address and click "Next"
- Click on "Forgot Password" and click "Yes"
You will receive an email in your mail inbox with a link to reset your password.
