How to access Hedia’s food library

Our food database has more than 1500 food items for you to choose from when you are making insulin calculations with Hedia. Here you can see how to open Hedia's food library, and how you can use this feature in Hedia.

1. Click on 'Food' at the bottom of your screen

Under ' Food'  you have the following options:

Search for food items in the search bar in the top of the screen

Add food items as Favourites

Add food items to My food
